Lyneda Cles
Lyneda Cles is licensed by the Florida Bar and is authorized to practice nationwide before the Immigration Courts and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is a member of the USCIS West Palm Beach Field Office liaison committee, acting as a liaison between the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the West Palm Beach Field Office of USCIS.
She has helped many clients win asylum cases before the Immigration Courts, thereby enabling them to escape the threat of serious harm or even death in their home countries. She has also helped many clients achieve peace of mind during their divorce proceedings.
Ms. Cles earned her Juris Doctor degree from St Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida; and her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from St Thomas University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
In law school, she was a student representative in the immigration clinic where she provided assistance to non-citizens subject to removal and immigration detention.
She is actively involved in her community and volunteers with Journey Church as a tech team.
She is fluent in English, French, Haitian Creole and Spanish.
