Rosier Cles
Mr. Rosier Cles obtained his law degree from the State University of Gonaives, School of Law, where he excelled as a student. In 2001, he founded Cles Rosier & Associates, a law firm in Port-au-Prince. He represented hundreds of clients in civil and criminal cases; he built a reputation of a fierce litigator. He is also registered as a foreign legal consultant by the State Bar of California.
In 2007, he joined the Human Rights Institute of St Thomas University in West Palm Beach. For more than a decade, he provided top-notch legal assistance ranging from asylum to naturalization to thousands of immigrants from the Caribbean, Latin America, Iraq, Egypt, Congo, Nigeria, and Burma. While he worked for the Human Rights Institute, he served as a liaison for USCIS West Palm Beach Field Office and the Haitian Community.
He joined Cles Lyneda, P.A. in June 2015 as the Executive Director, devoting years of leadership, management, and problem-solving skills to the office.
Mr. Rosier’s passion is to help the immigrant community. In 2009, he co-founded World Refugee Day program for Palm Beach County. He is actively involved in the community and is a frequent keynote speaker at various refugee and immigrant events.
Mr. Rosier holds a Ph.D. in Ministry and Philosophy. He is fluent in English, French, Haitian Creole and proficient in Spanish.
